Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order!

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

To start a return, please email us at hello@ramusandcompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We are always happy to help and will do our best to make things right.

Return Shipping

We provide complimentary return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@ramusandcompany.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
